Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Trusted Trades Hub (the “Platform”), operated by Sauntera Technologies Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Trusted Trades Hub is a website builder platform that generates professional websites for trade and service businesses. Our service:

  • Allows users to search for businesses using publicly available information from Google Places
  • Generates website content using artificial intelligence based on publicly available business data
  • Provides business owners the ability to claim, activate, and customize their generated website
  • Hosts the generated websites on subdomains of trustedtradeshub.com

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Account Registration

To activate and manage a generated website, you must create an account by verifying your phone number and setting a password. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate website content including headlines, service descriptions, and marketing copy. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is based on publicly available business information and may not be fully accurate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before and after publication
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
  • You should verify all business information, service descriptions, and claims for accuracy

6. User Content

You may upload content to the Platform including logos, images, and text edits (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

You represent that you have the right to upload any content you provide and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Google Data

The Platform uses Google Places API to retrieve publicly available business information. This data is displayed in accordance with Google's Terms of Service. We do not claim ownership of any data retrieved from Google services.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform to impersonate any business you do not own or are not authorized to represent
  • Upload harmful, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without authorization

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Sauntera Technologies Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. The AI-generated content created for your business website is licensed to you for use on the Platform. You may not reproduce or redistribute the Platform's proprietary code or design.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sauntera Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
